RDC Bulk Shares - 1/4, 1/2, & Whole Beef (Deposit Only)

 For 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef orders:

Whole beef average 1,000lbs total - with finished product being around 600lbs. This is how price is determined.

• One-quarter: Approximately 150 lbs finished product
• One-half: Approximately 300 lbs finished product
• Whole: Approximately 600 lbs finished product

• Quarters will be cut similar to above with limited ability to customize. Halves and whole beef cut sheets can be 100% customized to your liking.
